GAC Trumpchi Telematic Service System

In 2018 , GAC Trumpchi joined forces with Tencent and Sirun to create a comprehensive user ecosystem for GAC Trumpchi customers. In addition to providing the TSP service system in the project, Sirun also developed a user community, point system, and e-mall function focusing on the characteristics and needs of GAC Trumpchi users, and at the same time cooperated with the user operation support system for management purpose. The user ecosystem gathers representatives from automakers, dealers, service providers, new media, third-party service providers, and product users. By introducing diversified content providers, setting up "opinion leaders" and producing user-generated content, the entire ecology can be continuously enriched. It aims to use the innovation of new media and social functions to bring massive content to users. Through participation, users can obtain a comprehensive service experience from online to offline and increase user stickiness. The point system and user mall can quantify user behavior, which promotes the cycle and development of the self-built ecosystem. 

The product is based on the TSP platform. The product highlights include the features such as user community, point system, user mall, etc., and is equipped with a user operation support system.
